Six UAA teams, including top-ranked and undefeated Washington University, earned a bid to the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship.
Washington University (17-0-0) was chosen to host a four-team pod, playing Westminster College (11-4-3) in the first round. The winner will face the winner of the contest between Mt. St. Joseph College (16-2-3) and Illinois Wesleyan University (13-4-2).
University of Chicago (13-4-1), which advanced to the title match a year ago, will travel to Centre College to play Grove City College (16-3-1). Centre (19-0-0) will host College of Wooster (13-3-3) in the first round with the two winners to meet in the second round.
NYU (10-5-3) and University of Rochester (9-7-1) are part of the same eight-team bracket, but traveling to different sites. The Violets will play Virginia Wesleyan University (11-4-4) at Swarthmore College. The winner will play the victor of the Swarthmore (15-2-2) vs. St. Joseph's College (16-3-0) match. The Yellowjackets face Ithaca College (13-2-3) at Middlebury University. The host Panthers (15-1-2) play University of Maine Farmington (8-12-0) in the other opening round contest in that pod.
Emory University (13-4-1) will play Penn State-Berks (15-3-2) in the opening round at University of Lynchburg. The other first-round matchup pits Lynchburg (18-2-2) against Piedmont College (17-4-1) with the winners to meet in the second round.
Brandeis University (12-4-0) will travel to New Jersey to play Farmingdale State College (16-3-3) in the first round. The winner will face the winner of the contest between host The College of New Jersey (13-1-1) and Western Connecticut State University (14-8-0) in the second round.
